		<description>I like his podcasts also, especially the ones with kirtan music... it really helps me get caught up in the flow without thinking about much of anything.  If i can't make class i try to get as far as possible thru one of his workouts.  It also makes me learn the formal name for the asanas since i can't see what he's doing!  Happy new year!  dt</description>
