Thanks so much for linking to me. I definitely hope to see you at Taj Yoga one of these days. You might be especially interested the Tuesday and Thursday morning classes with Theresa, where most of the students are yoga or movement teachers, and we totally geek out on the poses and anatomy, as Theresa puts it, “slice dice, julienne, and fry” the asanas.

Also, if you’re interested in a mature teacher with solid anatomy, injuries, and beyond, Donald Moyer of the Yoga Room in Berkeley is coming to Two Dog Yoga in Lake City in November as well. He’s one of those old, old timers who started teaching yoga since way back when, and wrote the book Yoga: Awakening the Inner Body. He also wrote in the Asana column for Yoga Journal for a while.
