		<description>These are some great ideas -thanks for sharing them! I feel that I am pretty good on mind + body, but could focus more on spirit. I find that I have to use a lot of discipline to develop my spiritual practice - for example, I practice yoga and meditate every morning but it does not come naturally or easily! Why is that?! I know that it's good for me, and I feel good when I do it. So why is it so difficult to maintain?!</description>
